  - Writing quizzes, exam questions, homeworks (all are roughly the same level of difficulty)
  - Mid-term evaluations
  - Think-Pair-Share and other interactive techniques for lecture
  - Teaching for advanced classes (more advanced students) 
  - Having AY 10 profs visit and share their teaching philosophies

  - Exp GSI visit (//if possible//)
  - Design-a-demo
  - Video-taping
  - Lecture visitation for opposite prof
  - Write/heavily modify a worksheet and contribute to the wiki
  - Write a quiz (make non-Alex GSIs do this as well for the experience)
