Planning information for the 2011 Launch Day, tentatively scheduled for Wed., August 17.

12:00-1:30 Lunch at the Faculty Club (meet at HFA)
1:30-3:30 Orientation (Lounge)
- Welcome from the chair (Imke)
- Getting set up
